Word Art!

1. Well, I like ice cream. Ice cream and ice are very similar so I decided just to go with ice.
2. The biggest struggle was finding something to use for the e.
3.I'm most proud of my bite mark in the ice cream.
4. I would have chosen a different word, if I could start all over again.

I chose ice cream, because it was part of my first design.
The biggest struggle for me was thinking of enough words, and trying to make them convey the object they represent. I'm most proud of my cone in this design. If I could do it over again, I would spend more time brainstorming ideas for words.

ANIMATTTTTTTIIIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON

Okay, so our animation is the classic tale of a bunch of cute little animals who turn into a monster. Then the monster chases me through the stairs and halls.
The biggest struggle was making it not look choppy. We could never leave tape on the tables, so we didn't quite know where the tripod was.
I am very proud that we got our animation done when it was due. For awhile there it looked like we weren't going to get our project done by the due date, but we did!
If I could re do it, I would def. choose a different material for our characters and animation. I didn't like working with paper, I would have liked to work with real people.

Story Time!

I was walking outside my brick red colored garage. I kept on walking down the street. I thought it was a normal day, the sun was shining, and there was a slight breeze. In the near distance I heard screams of terror.  I figured I was just hearing things, so I kept on walking. I believe I was about nine years young, and I had just seen Disney's Dinosaur. I loved dinosaurs. I thought they were the coolest things that had ever lived. So as I kept walking, and the screams kept getting louder. Then all of a sudden, I turned a corner and I saw a giant T-Rex running towards me, chasing a bunch of people towards me. There must have been at least 50 people being chased. I kept running, but the dinosaur seemed like he wasn't slowing down. I was very very scared. I stopped in front of my garage. The T-Rex was looking at me, showing his teeth, he was about to open up his mouth and eat me. Then all of a sudden I felt a shake. I slowly opened my eyes. The dinosaur that had been chasing me was gone, and I was lying in my bed. I then realized that all that I saw was just a dream. There had not been a dinosaur at all! I was very relieved...

2009....

In The Clouds, I chose this artwork because I like The colors. I think this artwork is successful because of my original design. I would maybe do some different tessellations with the same colors.
In the lights, I like this one because it is a very nice picture of me,and it reminds me of taylor swift. I think it's successful because of the background and the lighting. I would take more pictures maybe of different people but in the same lighting.
Sippin' On Coconut Juice, I like this picture because it reminds me of my cruise to the carribbean. I think it is successful because of the lighting, the lighting is beautiful in the carribbean. I would take more  pictures of trees and stuff.

Lastly, my new  year's resolution is to have a fun and good year.

Film Fest!

This logo is a pictogram. I think this logo is good because it's obvious that it's a part of something to do with a movie since there is a star and movie reel. The simplicity is good as well, it's not too cluttered but it gets the point across. I believe people would be able to remember this logo because it is simple and gets the point across.

Logos

I chose the Obey logo.  The logo is a stencil of the famous wrestler andre the giant. It has the word obey under it sometimes. When I see this logo I think of graffiti. The logo has not changed. The colors are usually just black and white, but sometimes the word obey is in red.

Portraiture and identity

Lost In Paradise
Dazed And Confused
Aqua Man To The Rescue!
Walkin' On The Sun
Sippin' On Coconut Juice
Cheers
1. These pictures can be described by fun and comical.
2. These people I got to meet on my cruise to the Caribbean. You get to know people when you're stuck on a ship with them for a week. These people, Graydon and Chris, were more interesting than my grandma and my fam. They were very entertaining to photograph.
3. I learned that people you meet for the very first time can be very friendly and outgoing. You get to learn a lot about them, like how much fun they like to have. I learned that Chris's family has lots of money. I also learned that Canadians say " get on the boat" very strangely.
4. The easy part of photographing Chris and graydon was that they weren't afraid to be humorous. They were naturally silly acting. So that made it easy to photograph silly pictures of them.
5. The biggest challenge of photographing them was not making the pictures blurry. The ship we were on tended to rock a little bit, and it seemed every time I wanted to take a picture the boat would rock! Another problem was the lighting. The lighting on the ship was not very good, but the lighting on the islands was beautiful.
6. My favorite picture was Walkin' On The Sun. I liked this picture because it was humorous. I also liked the lighting on the island. There's water on his arm, I thought that made the picture very interesting as well.
